Will retired employees be included in the Compulsory Individual Retirement Insurance Calculation?

Yes, they will be included. All employees on the payroll will be taken into account in the compulsory Individual Retirement Insurance calculation. Those over the age of 45 will be taken into account in the calculation of being included in the compulsory Individual Retirement Insurance, even though they are not covered by it.
