Will companies with a turnover of less than 50 million in 2023 submit a balance sheet in their provisional tax return?

Companies with gross sales revenues of less than 50 million at the end of 2023 will not submit a balance sheet in the appendix of their provisional tax returns for the 2024/3rd period.

Those who have to make inflation adjustments in the 2024/2nd and 3rd periods and jewelers must submit a balance sheet in the appendix of their provisional tax return.
