When will the corporate tax return for liquidation entry be filed for a company that made the liquidation decision on 30.06.2024 but was registered with the trade registry on 03.07.2024?

According to Article 14/3 of the Corporate Tax Law, the corporate tax return related to the liquidation entry must be submitted between the first and last day of the fourth month following the closing of the fiscal period.

Since the company’s registration date for the liquidation entry is 03.07.2024, the corporate tax return will be submitted between 01 November 2024 and 30 November 2024. The return will not be filed before this date.

In the e-return system provided by the Revenue Administration’s BDP program, the return type for the corporate tax return will be selected as “short period.”
