***If you are buying a house with warrant of distraining you will never be able to get the deed of the house. If the house is with hypothec, you can have got the deed of the house as long as you accept the hypothec. You cannot get a loan from bank.
***When you decide to buy home, you have to decide which one will pay the deed feed. Unless there is an agreement between the parties, the deed feed is paid by the parties together. However, buyer is expected to pay deed title sometimes.
