What is the VAT rate for second-hand motorcycle sales?

The VAT rate to be applied to the second-hand sale of a motorcycle registered as a business asset is 20%.

There will be no expense restriction as in passenger cars when registering a motorcycle.

The VAT paid for a motorcycle can be directly deducted in the declaration.

All expenses related to the motorcycle such as fuel, insurance, maintenance, repair, etc. can be recorded as expenses and deducted in determining the tax base. In addition, it is possible to track the VAT in the expense documents in the 191 VAT account and deduct it in the VAT declaration.
