Seasonally and calendar adjusted average weekly actual working hours was 44.3
The rate of composite measure of labour underutilization consisting of time-related underemployment, potential labour force and unemployment was 20.8% with decrease of 0.1 percentage points in the fourth quarter of 2022 compared to the previous quarter. While combined rate of time-related underemployment and unemployment realized as 14.5%, combined rate of unemployment and potential labour force realized as 16.9%.
