It is not mandatory to pay the salaries via bank if the ship has 9 seamen.

In accordance with Article 8 of the Regulation regarding Payment of Salaries, Premiums, Bonuses and All Kinds of Similar Remunerations via Banks, it is mandatory for employers or employer representatives who employ 10 seamen to pay the salaries through banks.

1.1- He is responsible for; Being ready in the predefined place.
1.2- Keeping ship suitable for journey and the conditions during agreement period.
2- Technical management of the ship:
2,1- Technical management of the ship belongs to the person in charge.
2.2- Captain is expected to abide by all the rules decided on the time chart agreement during agreement period.
