The highest degree of self-sufficiency was realized as 501.7% for hazelnutFor hazelnut, with the highest degree of self-sufficiency in the nuts group, the degree of self-sufficiency was realized 501.7% in the marketing year 2017-2018. The degrees of self-sufficiencies for chestnut and pistachio were 119.4% and 109.1% respectively.

There was self-sufficiency for all fruits in the group of citrus fruits. The degree of self-sufficiency was 481.1% for grape fruit. The degree of self-sufficiency for lemon, mandarin and orange was realized as 241.6%, 194.5% and 197.9% respectively.

In the other fruits group, self-sufficiency of some products was quite high, the degree of self-sufficiency for fig was realized as 473.2%, 391.5% for apricot, 156.5% for pomegranate, 153.8% for grape, 127.5% for apple and 67.7% for banana.

The greater part of total supply of tea was supplied domestically and the degree of self-sufficiency was 93.2%.

The highest degree of self-sufficiency was realized as 115.9% for carrotThe level of domestic demand compensation by domestic production of total vegetable was realized as 106.6% in the marketing year 2017-2018. While the big share of the total vegetable supply was consumed domestically, only 6.6% was exported.

While the degree of self-sufficiency for carrot, in tuberous and root vegetables group, was the highest value with 115.9%, it is followed by dry onion with 108.2% and radish with 100.8%.

The degree of self-sufficiency of tomato, raised for its fruit and at the same time has the biggest share in total vegetable production, was realized as 110.7%. It is followed by pepper with 109.2% and squash with 107.8%.

In the leguminous vegetables group, the degree of self-sufficiency for green pea was 106.1% and it was 103.7% for green broad bean while the lowest value with 100.2% for green bean.

The highest degree of self-sufficiency was realized as 111.7% for wheatThe degree of self-sufficiency of cereals (total) was realized as 98% in the marketing year 2017-2018. In wheat with the biggest share in total cereal production, degree of self-sufficiency was 111.7%. For two products; barley and maize, which are important inputs to fodder industry, degrees of self-sufficiency were realized as 90.2% and 73.3% respectively.

The highest degree of self-sufficiency in the category of dried pulses crops was 89.6% for red lentil. Degree of self-sufficiency of chickpea was realized as 87.5%.

Degree of self-sufficiency of potato, one of edible roots and tubers products group, was 103.5%. For sunflower, soybean and rapeseed, in the oilseed products group, degrees of self-sufficiency of were 64.3%, 4.8% and 70.3% respectively.

The degree of self-sufficiency was realized as 116.1% for sugar the greater portion of total sugar production was consumed domestically.
