The amount of collected cow’s milk in March increased by 4.7% in Turkey

Milk collected by integrated dairies was 878 thousand 593 tonnes

The amount of collected cow’s milk in March increased by 4.7% when compared to the same month of the previous year. In January-March period increased by 6.3% when compared to the same period of the previous year.

In March, the average fat rate of cow’s milk collected by integrated dairies was 3.5%, the average rate of protein was 3.2%.

In March, drinking milk production by integrated dairies increased by 16.1% and became 145 thousand 282 tonnes when compared to the same month of the previous year. In January-March period, drinking milk production increased by 11.3% and became 422 thousand 76 tonnes when compared to the same period of the previous year.In March, Yoghurt production by integrated dairies decreasing by 0.5% and became 93 thousand 333 tonnes when compared to the same month of the previous year. In January-March period, increased by 3.8% and became 272 thousand 535 tonnes when compared to the same period of the previous year.

In March, whole milk powder production increasing 40.3%, cheese production from cow’s milk increasing by 12.2% and butter production increasing by 1.2%. Cream production decreasing 5.4%, mixed milk cheese (cheese production obtained from which includes sheep, goat, buffalo and mixed milk) decreasing by 14.8%, drink made of yoghurt (ayran) production decreasing by 25% and skimmed milk powder production decreasing by 27.6% when compared to the same month of the previous year.

According to the January-March period of the previous year, whole milk powder production increasing by 12.6%, cheese production from cow’s milk increasing by 6.9% and butter production increasing by 3.3%. Cream production decreasing by 1.1%, drink made of yoghurt production decreasing by 2.5%, mixed milk cheese (Cheese production obtained from which includes sheep, goat, buffalo and mixed milk) decreasing by 12.5% and skimmed milk powder production decreasing 17.8%.

The amount of collected cow’s milk in January increased by 8.9% when compared to the same month of the previous year.

In January, the average fat rate of cow’s milk collected by integrated dairies was 3.5%, the average rate of protein was 3.2%.

In January, drinking milk production by integrated dairies increased by 8.7% and became 146 thousand 247 tonnes when compared to the same month of the previous year.

In January, yoghurt production by integrated dairies increased by 8.1% and became 91 thousand 983 tonnes when compared to the same month of the previous year

In January, drink made of yoghurt production increasing by 14%, butter production increasing by 5.7% and cheese production from cow’s milk increasing by 0.4%. Whole milk powder production decreasing 2.5%, cream production decreasing 5.3%, mixed milk cheese (cheese production obtained from which includes sheep, goat, buffalo and mixed milk) decreasing by 10.8% and skimmed milk powder production decreasing by 12.3% and when compared to the same month of the previous year.

The amount of collected cow’s milk in May decreased by 0.6% when compared to the same month of the previous year.

Drinking milk production by integrated dairies became 142 thousand 166 tonnes in May and decreased by 0.6% when compared to the same month of the previous year. Cheese production from cow’s milk was 62 thousand 295 tonnes and decreased by 7.1% when compared to the same month of the previous year. Cheese production from sheep, goat, buffalo and mixed milk was 5 thousand 239 tonnes decreased by 5.9% when compared to the same month of the previous year.

Yoghurt production became 105 thousand 331 tonnes in May and increased by 3.2% when compared to same month of the previous year. Drink made of yoghurt production became 54 thousand 413 tonnes and decreased by 7.1% when compared to the same month of the previous year.

In May the average fat rate of cow’s milk collected by integrated dairies was 3.4%, the average rate of protein was 3.2%.

Drinking milk production by integrated dairies became 138 thousand 731 tonnes in April and decreased by 2.3% when compared to the same month of the previous year. Cheese production from cow’s milk was 59 thousand 612 tonnes and decreased by 6.2% when compared to the same month of the previous year. Cheese production from sheep, goat, buffalo and mixed milk was 4 thousand 13 tonnes decreased by 17.9% when compared to the same month of the previous year.

Yoghurt production became 99 thousand 309 tonnes in April and decreased by 1.7% when compared to same month of the previous year. Drink made of yoghurt production became 61 thousand 430 tonnes and decreased by 5.6% when compared to the same month of the previous year.

The amount of collected cow’s milk in March decreased by 8.6% when compared to the same month of the previous year.

Drinking milk production by integrated dairies became 131 thousand 961 tonnes in March and decreased by 18.5% when compared to the same month of the previous year. Cheese production from cow’s milk was 58 thousand 5 tonnes and decreased by 10.2% when compared to the same month of the previous year. Cheese production from sheep, goat, buffalo and mixed milk was 3 thousand 125 tonnes increased by 0.1% when compared to the same month of the previous year.

Yoghurt production became 99 thousand 11 tonnes in March and decreased by 1.5% when compared to same month of the previous year. Drink made of yoghurt production became 62 thousand 148 tonnes and decreased by 2.3% when compared to the same month of the previous year.

Drinking milk production by integrated dairies became 128 thousand 986 tonnes in February and decreased by 16.5% when compared to the same month of the previous year. Cheese production from cow’s milk was 54 thousand 757 tonnes and decreased by 2.8% when compared to the same month of the previous year. Cheese production from sheep, goat, buffalo and mixed milk was 743 tonnes decreased by 67.5% when compared to the same month of the previous year.

Yoghurt production became 89 thousand 116 tonnes in February and decreased by 1.2% when compared to same month of the previous year. Drink made of yoghurt production became 53 thousand 527 tonnes and decreased by 1.8% when compared to the same month of the previous year.

The amount of collected cow’s milk in May increased by 13.2% when compared to the same month of the previous year.

Drinking milk production by integrated dairies became 143 thousand 293 tonnes in May and increased by 20.8% when compared to the same month of the previous year. Cheese production from cow’s milk was 66 thousand 994 tonnes and increased by 13.8% when compared to the same month of the previous year. Cheese production from sheep, goat, buffalo and mixed milk was 5 thousand 566 tonnes increased by 24.2% when compared to the same month of the previous year.

Yoghurt production became 102 thousand 67 tonnes in May and decreased by 2% when compared to same month of the previous year. Drink made of yoghurt production became 58 thousand 601 tonnes and decreased by 9.6% when compared to the same month of the previous year.

In May the average fat rate of cow’s milk collected by integrated dairies was 3.5%, the average rate of protein was 3.2%.
