Statistics of Established and Closed Companies in September 2019, in Turkey
The number of newly established companies increased by 45,18% in September 2019 with respect to the previous month.
The number of newly established companies, the number of sole proprietorships and the number of cooperatives increased by 45,18% , 43,72% and 22,47% respectively according to the previous month.
The number of closed companies, the number of closed cooperatives and the number of closed sole proprietorships increased by 20,73 %, 47,83% and 28,98% respectively according to the previous month.
The number of closed Cooperatives decreased by 6,85% with respect to the same month of the previous year.
The number of newly established companies and the number of cooperatives increased by 21,62% and 65,15% while the number of sole proprietorships decreased by 7,51% according to the same month of the previous year.
During the first nine months period of 2019, the number of closed Cooperatives decreased by 17,48% with respect to the same period of the previous year.
During the first nine months period of the year 2019, the number of closed companies increased by 5,50% while the number of closed cooperatives and the number of closed sole proprietorships decreased by 17,48% and 1,32% according to the same period of the previous year.
The growth rate of companies, cooperatives, and sole proprietorships in September
In September 2019, 1.143 companies with foreign partners were established.
In September 2019, 1.143 companies with foreign partners were established. 676 of these companies had Turkish partners, 74 had Iranian and 63 had Syrian partners.
Of the 1.143 foreign shareholding companies established, 104 are incorporated companies and 1.039 are limited liability companies. 1.117 of these companies conduct wholesale trade for stores in malls that are not allocated to a specific commodity; 608 are in real estate 504 are in mobile catering services in the year 2019.
Foreign capital partners’ capital investments constitute 81.01% of the total capital of foreign joint venture companies.
