Spain’s unemployment rate drops to the lowest of the decade

The unemployment rate in Spain drops to 14,4%, the lowest of the last 10 years.

The National Statistics Institute announced on Tuesday that the number of unemployed was recorded as 462,400 in the last days of 2018.

The unemployment rate was 27% in 2013, the highest in the country’s history, before gradually decreasing over the years.
