Number of paid employees including industry, construction, trade-services sectors increased by 8.6% in October 2021 compared with the same month of the previous year. While the number of paid employees was 12 million 796 thousand 011 in the same month of the previous year, it became 13 million 896 thousand 250 in October 2021.
When sub-sectors are examined; number of paid employees in industrial sector increased by 7.2%, in construction sector increased by 8.2% and in trade-services sector increased by 9.6%.

When sub-sectors are examined; number of paid employees in industrial sector increased by 0.3%, in construction sector decreased by 0.3% and in trade-services sector increased by 0.7%.

Calendar effect has not been observed in number of paid employees. Therefore unadjusted series are used instead of calendar adjusted series.
