Milk and Milk Products, August 2019, in Turkey
Yoghurt production became 107 thousand 264 tonnes in August and decreased by 0.2% when compared to same month of the previous year. Drink made of yoghurt production became 63 thousand 802 tonnes and decreased by 3.9% when compared to the same month of the previous year.
In August the average fat rate of cow’s milk collected by integrated dairies was 3.4%, the average rate of protein was 3.2%.

Seasonal and calendar adjusted amount of collected cow’s milk in August when compared to the previous month increased by 0.8%. Calendar adjusted amount of collected cow’s milk in August when compared to the same month of the previous year decreased by 7.6%.
