Russian billionaire and co-founder of LetterOne Mikhail Fridman launched a bid to acquire Spanish süpermarket chain Dia Group.
Fridman offered €417 million worth equity to the Dia Group who is having financial difficulties.
LetterOne currently holds 29% of Dia Group.
