It’s obligatory to act accordingly with the endorsements numbered and explained on foreigner work permit card, otherwise the employer and/or the foreign personnel will be responsible of the legal and criminal actions that will arise.
Hereunder;
1- Hereby with this document, in accordance with the 3458 numbered Law about engineering and architecture, the foreign personnel granted work permit can not be employed with the title of engineer, architect or city planner or vote or put signature within the borders of the Republic of Turkey.
2- Hereby with this document, in accordance with the article 3 of 1136 numbered legal profession act, the foreigner granted work permit can not practice as an attorney in Turkey.
3- This document is regulated within the scope of 2527 numbered Law, it will enter into force when there’s a membership record in the related trade association.
4- This document is valid along with the Validation document which will be taken from Ministry of Transport, Directorate General of Civil Aviation and that will validate the licences of foreign pilots and technicians in Turkey.
5- The foreigner who was granted a work permit with this document, can not practice their professions and duties which are confined to Turkish Citizens with the related laws.
6- The foreigner who was granted work permit with this document, can not practice the profession of pharmaceutist according to article 2 of the Law numbered 6197 about Pharmaceutists and Pharmacies.
7- Work permit given to foreign engineers and architects, in accordance with the article 36 of 6235 numbered law of Union Of Chambers Of Turkish Engineers And Architects will only gain validity with the condition of becoming a member/extending the membership to the respective Chamber in 1 month at the most.
8- In accordance with the Veterinary Law numbered 6343, the foreigner who is granted work permit with this document can not practice the veterinary practice in Turkey.
9- The Foreigner granted work permit with this document can not practice dentistry in Turkey in accordance with the 1219 numbered Law on The Mode Of Execution Of Medicine And Medical Sciences.
10- The Foreigner granted work permit with this document can not practice captainship within the coastal waters of Turkey in accordance with the 815 numbered Cabotage Law.
11- When applying for work permit extentions; it’s obligatory to prove the contributions to national economy and local workforce accession with the title of shareholder and to fulfil duties related to national legislation.
12- The shareholder/company owner who was granted work permit must employ at least 5 (five) Turkish citizens in their workplace, only for the first 6 month this condition is not obligatory. It’s obligatory to fulfil the requirement since the 7th month of work permit period. Otherwise work permit extension request won’t be accepted.
13- The foreigner granted work permit with this document must be employed in accordance with the Labor Law numbered 4857, article 71 and Regulation Provisions based on this article about The Employment Rules and Procedures of Employing Children And Adolescents, In the detection of a contrary case, the necessary legal and administrative sanctions will be imposed.
14- In the event of Circus Companıes touring in Turkey the foreign personnel list must be declared to the provincial security directorate depending on the city the Circus will work in.
15- Work Permit Document, is given as “preliminery permission” in accordance with the 12th article of the 4817 numbered Law for the completion of the foreigners academic and professional facilities.
