The fees for National Holidays and general holidays must be paid to employees without any work requirement. In case overtime work is done in the days in question, based on principles explained with legal regulations, an extra workday fee will be paid. This way, an employee working on national holidays and general holidays will gain the right to 2 days wage for every non-business day.
For employees whose wages are determined as fixed and are paid as is even if they have missing work days within the month, unless they work on national holidays and general holidays, they don’t receive another holiday fee aside from their fixed wage.
In case the employees who have fixed wages work on national holidays and general holidays, they will receive a day’s wage for each non-business day.
