1- HOW MUCH SSI PREMIUM SHOULD THE FOREIGN EMPLOYEES WHO WORK PART-TIME BE PAID?
For foreigners who have work permit, the SSI Premium must be paid fully over the wage declared to the Ministry of Labor and Social Security. The foreigners can work part time with this condition.
2- DOES THE WORK PERMIT GET CANCELLED IN CASE THE TRADE NAME OF THE WORK PLACE OF THE FOREIGNER WHO HAS THE WORK PERMIT CHANGES?
In case the trade name of the work place changes or the work place is moved to another address, with the condition that the changes is proven with documents taken from official autorities (Like Chamber Of Commerce) , changes can be made about the work permit by The Ministry of Labor and Social Security.
