1- WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF CLUSTERING SUPPORT PROGRAMME?
The purpose of Clustering Support Programme is starting up clustering togetherness, strengthen necessary collaboration atmosphere in order to improve it effectively.
2- WHAT ARE THE GENERAL PURPOSES OF CLUSTERING SUPPORT PROGRAMME?
General purposes of Clustering Support Programme are as follows;
2.1- Improving Turkish Industry’s competitiveness, innovativeness and productivity
2.2- Getting more share from global export
2.3- Producing hi-tech products mainly
2.4- Creating an environment-friendly socially beneficial industrial structure with skilled workforce
3- WHICH INDICATORS WILL BE FOLLOWED IN ORDER TO SERVE CLUSTERING SUPPORT PROGRAMME’S PURPOSES?
In order to serve Clustering Support Programme’s purposes, indicators listed below should be followed;
3.1- The number of institutions and organizations which gain a legal status, accredited by the Ministry and created on the purpose of coordination and management of clustering units.
3.2- The number of universities which take an active role in clustering units.
3.3- The number of businesses which take an active role in clustering units.
3.4- The number of companies improving the quality and the cooperativeness with other businesses in consequence of clustering units.
3.5- The number of structures for common use and created in consequence of clustering units and the number of businesses taking advantage of those structures.
3.6- The number of new, renovated or/and improved products introduced into the market and created in consequence of clustering units.
4- CLUSTERING SUPPORT PROGRAMME
Period of a clustering enterprise support is 5 years. However, this period may extend another 2 years on condition that there will be no change in the amount of support, administrative or/and technical reasons of clustering enterprise will be approved by the Ministry of Science, Industry and Technology or force majeure will be taken away. Support period cannot exceed 7 years.
5- WHAT IS THE AMOUNT OF FINANCIAL SUPPORT THAT IS GIVEN FOR CLUSTERING SUPPORT PROGRAMME?
Financial support given as a grant within the scope of Clustering Support Programme by the Ministry of Science, Industry and Technology is 25 million TL for 5 years. Non-repayable financial support rate provided by the Ministry cannot exceed 50% of business plan budget and 75% of it on the basis of support kind.
6- FINAL APPLICATION DATE OF THE 3RD SUPPORT CALL FOR CLUSTERING SUPPORT PROGRAMME IS 11 AUGUST 2017!!!
Ministry of Science, Industry and Technology, which introduced support call, will keep on accepting applications until 11 August 2017 in order to support clustering togetherness.
