While the degree of self-sufficiency for carrot, in tuberous and root vegetables group, was the highest value with 115.9%, it is followed by dry onion with 108.2% and radish with 100.8%.
The degree of self-sufficiency of tomato, raised for its fruit and at the same time has the biggest share in total vegetable production, was realized as 110.7%. It is followed by pepper with 109.2% and squash with 107.8%.
In the leguminous vegetables group, the degree of self-sufficiency for green pea was 106.1% and it was 103.7% for green broad bean while the lowest value with 100.2% for green bean.
