Construction Cost Index, May 2018
In May 2018, construction cost index (CCI) increased by 2.95% compared with previous month and increased by 23.04% compared with the same month of the previous year. Material index increased by 4.01% and labour index increased by 0.58% compared with the previous month. Also, material index increased by 26.58% and labour index increased by 15.63% compared with the previous year.

Construction cost index for civil engineering increased monthly by 4.06%
Construction cost index for civil engineering, increased by 4.06% compared with previous month and increased by 27.04% compared with the same month of the previous year. Material index increased by 5.38% and labour index increased by 0.77% compared with the previous month. Also material index increased by 31.74% and labour index increased by 16.28% compared with the previous year.
