Construction cost index increased monthly by 0.91%

In February 2019, construction cost index (CCI) increased by 0.91% compared with previous month and increased by 27.22% compared with the same month of the previous year. Material index increased by 1.24% and labour index increased by 0.23% compared with the previous month. Also, material index increased by 27.49% and labour index increased by 26.66% compared with the previous year.

Building construction cost index increased monthly by 0.77%

Building construction cost index increased by 0.77% compared with previous month and increased by 27.44% compared with the same month of the previous year. Material index increased by 1.04% and labour index increased by 0.21% compared with the previous month. Also material index increased by 27.67% and labour index increased by 26.95% compared with the previous year.

Construction cost index for civil engineering increased monthly by 1.41%

Construction cost index for civil engineering increased 1.41% compared with previous month and increased by 26.52% compared with the same month of the previous year. Material index increased by 1.88% and labour index increased by 0.30% compared with the previous month. Also material index increased by 26.91% and labour index increased by 25.60% compared with the previous year.
