Glassdoor has published their list of companies that have great benefits:

Uline
Benefits: They have a salon, a 24-hour fitness center with personal trainers, locker rooms, a sauna, showers and towel service, a mother’s room for women nursing, a café that serves breakfast, lunch and take-home dinners, tuition assistance, a professional development program which offers many courses including time management training.

Digital Air Strike
Benefits: They have Friday half days in the summer and paid holidays. “ A current employee says: They have more perks than I can probably remember off the top of my head.”  They also offer health insurance as well as mental health support.

Kohl’s
Benefits: They offer the employee discount. A few days throughout the year, the employee discount rises to 35 percent. They offer health, dental, vision, disability and life insurance, tuition assistance, mobile phone discounts and legal assistance.

Starbucks
Benefits: A former barista says: “The benefits are out of sight. I was offered Starbucks stock after my first year, as well as 401k through Fidelity, and a superb Blue Cross Blue Shield health insurance plan. You can cover your whole family with that plan, and it can include domestic partners… There’s also an Employee Assistance Hotline which you can call if you’re having issues in your personal life.”

Sanofi
Benefits: This French pharmaceutical giant takes the French approach to benefits — that is, they offer a lot of them. In addition to 14 paid holidays and three personal days, employees get three weeks of vacation after their first year of service, and four weeks after five years. In order to help employees enjoy a comfortable work-life balance, Sanofi offers everything from adoption assistance to flexible work hours.

Panda Express
Benefits: “Panda Express has all the benefits that you can ask for. Vacation time, 401K, Health Insurance, etc.” says one former employee. Panda Express also offers tuition assistance, with up to 60 percent of tuition coverage, for a maximum of $2,000 per year.

Glassdoor
Benefits: On-site gym at its Mill Valley headquarters, the ability to work from home, unlimited vacation time for salaried employees. They also pay 100 percent of employees’ premiums and 90 percent of dependents’. On top of that, the health coverage starts on the first day of employment.
