Can donations to political parties be stated as a deduction in the income tax return? (In Turkey)
Can we state private pension contributions and donations to political parties as a deduction in the annual income tax return of the income taxpayer having commercial income, real property income and salary income?
Since the expenses you mentioned are not specified in Article 89 of the Income Tax Law, you cannot state them as a deduction.
