Construction Cost Index, April 2020 in Turkey
In April 2020, construction cost index (CCI) increased by 0.86% compared with previous month and increased by 6.14% compared with the same month of the previous year. Material index increased by 1.15% and labour index increased by 0.32% compared with the previous month. Also material index increased by 1.95% and labour index increased by 15.45% compared with the previous year.

Building construction cost index increased by 7.77% annually and 1.29% monthly
Building construction cost index increased by 1.29% compared with previous month and increased by 7.77% compared with the same month of the previous year. Material index increased by 1.80% and labour index increased by 0.32% compared with the previous month. Also material index increased by 4.07% and labour index increased by 15.69% compared with the previous year.

Construction cost index for civil engineering increased by 0.79% annually and decreased 0.62% monthly
Construction cost index for civil engineering decreased by 0.62% compared with previous month and increased by 0.79% compared with the same month of the previous year. Material index decreased by 1.06% and labour index increased by 0.31% compared with the previous month. Also material index decreased by 4.74% and labour index increased by 14.56% compared with the previous year.
