Will we issue an invoice from head office to branch for the delivery of goods? (In Turkey)

One of my customers has a package store (selling alcohol) and wants to open a branch. Can a real person taxpayer open a package store? Can this taxpayer buy the goods to head office and take them to the branch and sell them?

There is not an obstacle in terms of tax law at the opening of a branch. A delivery note is issued for the goods sent from the head office to the branch.
