What are the conditions in which you can make the transactions for starting work on the same day?
It is possible for the insured worker, whose work date is on Monday, to submit a declaration of employment on Monday (the day he/she started work) as weekends are public holidays, in Turkey.
Generally, since the employment notification that should be made one day before the date of employment cannot be made on Sunday, the employment notification can be notified to the Institution on the same day for a person who started working on Monday. This rule is only for Mondays.
In the event that the last day of the starting date coincides with the official holiday day, it is possible to make the transactions on the first working day after the holiday.
The employers of the insured workers starting to work at construction, fishery and agricultural workplaces must submit the declaration of employment to the Authority at the latest on the day when the insured person started to work.
