How long do we have to work to have a right for annual paid leave? (In Turkey)

A person who started to work on 10.01.2017 and dismissed on 30.07.2019. This person took leave for 14 days on 10.01.2018 and 14 days on 10.01.2019. Do we have to make payment for the annual paid leave since he/she dismissed on 31.07.2019?

The right to annual leave, which is regulated between Articles 53 and 61 of the Law, is acquired with working at least one year including a probationary period from starting date provided that the worker is working with the same employer, by combining his/her working periods spent in one or more workplaces. After using annual paid leave, it will take a year to acquire new annual paid leave, in Turkey.
