Can rehabilitation centers operated by companies benefit from the exemption?
Income earned from rehabilitation centers operated by foundations associations with the public interest that are granted tax exemption by the Council of Ministers is exempted from the corporate tax for five years from the period of operation, in Turkey.
This exemption is not stipulated for rehabilitation centers operated by companies.
