Fed President James Bullard said on Thursday that banks have restrictive interest rates, warning the central bank to be more careful on slow economic growth.
Mr. Bullard called out banks to not increase the interest rates as a low inflation rate is foreseen for 2019.
He stated that the inflation rate is expected to be 2.0 in 2019 and as well as the following years.
