1- If the Foreigner will work as an engineer/architect when you’re applying for a work permit in the scope of vocational services, in the case they have studied higher education, in accordance with the law no 2547, article 3 and 7/p, they will get a “Diploma or a Temporary Certificate of Equivalence” which will be admissible for “The Regulation of The Equivalency of Higher Education Diplomas Awarded Abroad” (This document will be scanned and sent online as well as being mailed as a hard copy.)
2- For legal entities who will be employed as Engineer/Architect/City Planner, there needs to be a payroll demonstrating that a Turkish citizen has been employed in the same profession ( This will be scanned and sent online during the application.)
