The work permit applications within the country that will address the Ministry of Labor and Social Security must be made electronically, signed in writing and sent along with the other documents mentioned in the Regulations attachment to the Ministry of Labor and Social Security in the following six days in person or by mail, in order for the application to be deemed complete.
As for the applications made through foreign representatives; in the following 10 days, the employer institution must make a foreign work permit application on E-State to employ the foreigner in question and send the necessary documents to The Ministry of Labor and Social Security within the same period.
