Foreigners who apply to work permit extension can keep on working in the same workplace and in the same profession on condition that this period should not exceed 45 days beginning from the date of work permit expiration date and the quality of work should remain the same. Work within this period is regarded as legal working hours. Furthermore, liabilities of foreigner, relevant authority and employer will remain in the same way.
