Earned but unused annual paid leave rights are transferred to subsequent years without any time limit.
It is not possible to pay annual paid leave rights as wages. The exception to this situation is the termination of the employment contract. The employee’s previous unused leave rights at the time of termination of the employment contract are paid to him/her based on his/her last gross wage.
