Building construction cost index increased by 7.0% compared with the previous quarter
Building construction cost index increased by 7.0% compared with the previous quarter, by 16.3% compared with the same quarter of the previous year and by 10.3% compared with the four quarter average in the first quarter of 2017.
In the first quarter of 2017, labor index increased by 6.3% and material index increased by 7.2% compared with the previous quarter. Annual changes were 12.6% increase in labor index and 17.5% increase in material index.
