Britain fights against gender pay gap with the new regulations.
Britain has enacted a law that could provide a significant boost for those campaigning for more gender pay equality.
Presently, women in Britain earn 18,1% less than men who do the same work.
In line with the new law, an employer with 250 staff will have to record the figures for their workforce’s pay, showing the different pay rates for men and women.
